From April 13 to October 13, 2025, Osaka will host Expo 2025 on Yumeshima Island, under the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives." The event aims to gather global innovations to address universal challenges, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
 
The Expo will feature subthemes: "Saving Lives," "Empowering Lives," and "Connecting Lives," focusing on health, potential enhancement, and community building. Serving as a "People's Living Lab," it will showcase cutting-edge technologies and social systems, offering a vision of a sustainable future.
