   The Whistler Writers Festival 2025 is scheduled for October  30 to November  2 at the iconic Fairmont Chateau Whistler in British Columbia. This four‑day literary celebration brings together Canadian and international authors through readings, workshops, speaker panels, spoken‑word performances, and unique events like Literary Cabaret and Cooks with Books.
    
   For the first time in decades, the festival shifts away from the post‑Thanksgiving weekend, creating space for 'spooktacular' Halloween‑inspired programming and fresh writing experiences. The festival also hosts the announcement of winners for the Whistler Independent Book Awards.
