Cex's website is reportedly down for some users on October 11, 2025.

Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service DownDetector, the volume of user reports first started fluctuating above average levels around 11:02AM BST (6:02AM Eastern Time).

On social media, several Cex customers are also indicating issues with the secondhand goods chain's online platform.
