Data from DownDetector shows a rise in problem reports beginning around 4:45PM CET (10:45AM Eastern Time).

A number of customers have also turned to social media to report difficulties accessing the banking services.

Societe Generale's online banking is reportedly down for hundreds of users on September 23, 2025.

Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service DownDetector, the volume of user reports surged around 8:07AM Eastern Time.

On social media, some Societe Generale customers are also indicating issues with its banking app.
