Netflix, the world's leading video-on-demand streaming giant, is expanding its horizons. The company has been actively venturing into gaming over recent months, and has just announced plans to launch 14 new video games. Among these, three stand out - games inspired by the popular shows ‘Emily in Paris’, 'Selling Sunset’ and dating reality TV show 'Perfect Match’.

The ‘Emily in Paris’ game is set to provide fans with an interactive experience. Players will step into the shoes of Emily, moving from the United States to Paris to accept a job at an esteemed fashion magazine. With the help of Emily, Mindy, Alfie, and Gabriel, players will explore the city and find themselves in the process. This game is expected to be more of a visual choose-your-own-adventure tale.

‘Netflix Stories: Selling Sunset’  is an immersive game where you step into the shoes of the latest recruit at LA’s most glamorous high-end real estate agency, The Oppenheim Group, aiming to climb the ladder of success to secure a coveted $100 million Bel Air property listing. However, to establish yourself as the premier realtor, you’ll be tasked with managing high-profile clients, dealing with office politics, and outperforming a competitive new agent who’s set on bringing you down.

‘Netflix Stories: Perfect Match’, launching on June 6, is a fresh interactive game that invites players to participate in the latest season of the series. As a renowned relationship podcaster, you step into the villa in search of love. However, the unexpected arrival of a figure from your past on the first night forces you to choose between embarking on a new journey or revisiting old feelings. The game, mirroring the show, is presided over by Nick Lachey.

The above games are set to join the ranks of ‘Love is Blind’ and ‘Virgin River’ in Netflix Stories, a rapidly expanding collection of interactive fiction games inspired by popular Netflix series and movies.

This move by Netflix marks a significant shift in the company’s strategy, as it seeks to diversify its offerings and engage its audience in new ways. It’s a bold step into uncharted territory, and only time will tell if this gamble pays off.
