Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of reports started surging since 9:19AM Eastern Time. User comments include "I can hear sound but the video is showing an error message" and "cannot load any videos." Many viewers have also turned to social media to express frustration. At the time of this post, Crunchyroll's official status page is showing "all services are running" so it's likely that the downtime is affecting some users only.
