Status Is Down Posted August 17 Posted August 17 T-Mobile is reportedly down for thousands of users on August 17, according to DownDetector. Based on data showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports surged around 11AM Eastern Time. Many users have also taken to social media to indicate connectivity issues. Several of them remarked getting "no signal", while one said their phone is being sent into "SOS mode." A significant portion of complaints appear to arise from San Francisco.
