Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports surged around 3:30AM Eastern Time. Some gamers have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues. According to RuneScape's official status page, the game would be down for "approximately 4.5 hours" from 8:45AM BST on September 3 for scheduled maintenance.
