Status Is Down Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Frame.io is reportedly down for hundreds of users on September 3, according to DownDetector. Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports surged around 5:04PM Eastern Time. Some users have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues. At the time oft this post, Frame.io's official status page is showing "degraded software performance" causing some users to experience "errors and delays" with tasks such as "loading projects, uploading files, opening player pages, playing videos on the player page, opening Review/Presentation pages, and posting comments."
