Zelle is reportedly down for many users on September 10, according to DownDetector.

 

Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports first surged around 10:13PM Eastern Time on September 9. It swiftly subsided but then spiked again at 12:13AM on September 10.

 

Some users have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues with the payments app.
