Microsoft Azure is reportedly down for hundreds of users on September 25, according to DownDetector.

 

Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports surged around 9:19AM Eastern Time (2:19PM BST).

 

Some Azure users, mostly from UK, have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues.
