WideOpenWest (WOW) is reportedly down for hundreds of users on September 28, according to DownDetector.

 

Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports first started climbing around 10:04AM Eastern Time and has fluctuated at elevated levels since.

 

Numerous WOW customers have also turned to social media to complain about extended duration of connectivity issues.
