Sanrio releases free calendar downloads as part of Hello Kitty's 50th

We’re a tad late to the party, but Sanrio has been keeping the celebration going for Hello Kitty’s 50th anniversary with a fun collection of free 2024 calendar downloads. Thankfully, there are still a couple more months to enjoy them before 2025 rolls around.

 

These printable goodies feature a different Sanrio character each month, all decked out in Hello Kitty’s signature look. The company has been announcing these digital treats on social media, dubbing each character the “Friend of the Month.”

 

 

October’s star is none other than Kuromi, My Melody's mischievous rival. With her birthday falling on Halloween, she’s the perfect pick for the spooky season. In her feature, the edgy Kuromi sports Hello Kitty’s sweet blue overalls and red bow.

These calendars are sprinkled with fun details that organization and Sanrio enthusiasts alike will adore. Each month highlights a special day, ranging from quirky observances like National Noodle Day to more heartwarming ones such as World Kindness Day. Character birthdays are listed, giving fans extra reasons to celebrate.

 

 

At the bottom of each page, you’ll find a clever addition: a bookmark-shaped cutout featuring a mini calendar and a character-specific mantra. Kuromi’s rallying cry, for example, is “Seize the Day,” encouraging a bold approach to life. Meanwhile, November’s Hello Kitty reminds us to “Cultivate Kindness.”
