Enter Stage Rite
Dragon Ball fans, your head’s about to go Super Saiyan with this hair-raising news. A new beanie inspired by Son Goku’s iconic spikes has hit the market. Bandai, the official license holder for Dragon Ball merchandise, has unleashed the Dragon Ball Beanie Son Goku, which pays homage to the series’ beloved protagonist by replicating his signature gravity-defying hairstyle. This latest addition to the Dragon Ball universe comes as part of the build-up to the franchise's 40th anniversary, set to be celebrated on November 20. It's a timely release that allows fans to wear their passion on their... well, heads. Crafted from a blend of 85% acrylic and 15% wool, the beanie is set to keep wearers warm during the chill of winter while letting them channel their inner Saiyan warrior. The beanie hit the Hobby-Genki online store for 9,990 yen (US$67). However, it seems the power of fandom has struck again. Despite preorders originally being scheduled to remain open until October 13, the beanies have already sold out faster than Goku can teleport.
