The Demogorgon’s old stomping grounds are open for business, and this time, you won’t need Eleven's powers to get inside.

The iconic Byers Home from Netflix’s Stranger Things has transformed into an Airbnb destination in Fayetteville, Georgia. Seattle-based company Arrived Homes spent $500,000 renovating the 1,846-square-foot property, aiming to welcome guests by Halloween.

While this house only served as an exterior filming location for the show’s first three seasons, it’s been refurbished on the inside to faithfully recreate key interior elements from the Netflix series.

Fans can now experience the Christmas lights alphabet wall, Jonathan’s rock-themed bedroom, and a dedicated space for Dungeons & Dragons sessions. The property accommodates up to eight guests, with rates set at $350 per weekday night and $700 for weekends.

It’s worth stressing that the project is a fan creation and has no association with the streaming network.

Besides listing the project on Airbnb, Arrived Homes has taken an unusual approach to property ownership, offering fans shares starting at $100. These micro-investors can earn from rental income and potential property value increases.

The six-acre property promises to transport visitors to 1983 Hawkins, Indiana, complete with recreated scenes, planned Upside Down sections, and small Easter eggs that only die-hard viewers will recognize.

The Byers house was pivotal to the Stranger Things storyline, and turning it into a homestay allows fans to step into the setting of the series and relive the early episodes that made it a cult favorite.
