Status Is Down Posted November 18 Posted November 18 WideOpenWest (WOW) is reportedly down for thousands of users on November 17, according to DownDetector. Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports surged around 8:56PM Eastern Time. Some WOW customers, mostly from Michigan, have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues. Are you also facing difficulties connecting to WOW today as well?
