Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports first started rising around 5:55PM Eastern Time on November 20 (9:55AM AEDT). Some Optus customers have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues. Are you also facing difficulties connecting to Optus today as well?
