Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports surged around 6:39AM Eastern Time. The occurrence appears to overlap with the outage of PayPal. Some Venmo users have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues with the mobile payments service, with many highlighting the inability to access its crypto service.
