Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports first surged around 1:44PM Eastern Time and has fluctuated at elevated levels since. Some WOW customers have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues. Are you also facing difficulties connecting to WOW today as well?
