Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports first surged around 3:52PM Eastern Time on November 25 (9:52PM BST). Some Sky customers have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues. Are you also facing difficulties connecting to Sky today as well?
