The Stockholm-based audio brand has unveiled the Brutalist Speaker, a striking audio piece inspired by the bold, unapologetic style of mid-20th century architecture. Designed to be both visually commanding and sonically impressive, the speaker is also booming with sustainability, being crafted from 70% post-consumer recycled aluminum.  The Brutalist Speaker stands at an imposing 23.2 inches tall, weighing in at 23.2 pounds, making it as much a visual statement as an auditory one. Per Brickstad, co-founder and creative director at Transparent, describes this as âa monument of sound and design.â The speaker features dual three-inch tweeters set at a 90-degree angle, which enhances high-frequency sound, and carefully engineered bass drivers that produce clean, undistorted lows.    Beyond its architectural design, the Brutalist Speaker is built with versatility in mind. It supports a wide range of audio codecsâincluding MP3, FLAC, and WAVâand integrates seamlessly with streaming services like Appleâs AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, and Tidal Connect.      View this post on Instagram            A post shared by Transparent âą (@transpa.rent)  Brickstad expresses how âexcitingâ it is to âbring this legendary architectural style into peopleâs homes,â adding that the speaker exemplifies the idea that audio objects can be both visually striking and technically sophisticated while remaining easy to use.   Available in two finishesâ'Black' and 'Metal'âthe Brutalist Speaker is priced at approximately $4,000.        View this post on Instagram            A post shared by Transparent âą (@transpa.rent)    https://hypebeast.com/2024/11/transparent-unveils-the-brutalist-speaker https://www.wallpaper.com/tech/transparent-brutalist-speaker-review   Images: Transparent Quote
