Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports first surged around 3:47AM Eastern Time (9:47AM BST), then again around 7:46AM Eastern Time (1:46PM BST). Numerous Ticketmaster customers have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues with the online ticketing platform.
