Adidas Introduces Ultraboost Light To Celebrate 10 Years Of BOOST Sneakers

As Adidas strives to take its innovation to the next level in pursuit of designing “the perfect shoe,” fans of the brand’s iconic Ultraboost sneakers will have a new iteration of the franchise to choose from: the Ultraboost Light.

Created a decade after the company first showcased its Ultraboost technology, the improved shoes boast 30% lighter BOOST material in its core, allowing runners to experience greater performance with “epic energy, ultimate cushioning, unrivaled comfort, and responsiveness.”

To achieve this, the designers at Adidas worked on redesigning the Linear Energy Point (LEP) found on the sole of its sneakers, with the updated version of the feature optimizing responsiveness and working in harmony with the lighter material.
