Reddit appears to be down for hundreds of users on June 27.

 

According to the graph on Downdetector, the volume of user reports started surging around 9:39PM Eastern Time, with users remarking "none of my comments are showing up" and "the debate done broke muh reddit."

 

This incident of downtime appears to overlap with the live presidential debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, which has seemingly affected services on other content-sharing platforms TikTok and Rumble as well.

 

Comments from curious onlookers are also surfacing on X.

 

 

 

 

 

 

On its official status page. Reddit has acknowledged a "comment tree processing is delayed" issue that is causing newly posted comments to not show up immediately.
