Is GoTo down?

GoTo is reportedly down for hundreds of users on July 19, according to DownDetector.

 

Based on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports started surging since around 6:04AM Eastern Time.

 

A number of users have also taken to social media to indicate connectivity issues.

 

At the time of this post, GoTo's official status page is showing "all systems operational" so its likely that the issue is affecting some users only.

 

 

GoTo is a comprehensive collaboration platform that provides an all-in-one solution for various communication needs, including messaging, meetings, voice, trainings, webinars, and larger virtual events. It was formerly known as LogMeIn Inc., and rebranded to GoTo in 2022. As of 2023, GoTo Group’s services reportedly reached 50.8 million transacting users.
