Based on the graph showing on the latter, the volume of user reports surged around 9:43PM Eastern Time. Several users commented that they have been having difficulties getting refunds following the recent global CrowdStrike-Microsoft outage which disrupted flights worldwide and impacted travel plans. Many Airbnb guests and hosts are also turning to social media to indicate they are facing connectivity issues.
