Balatro, the acclaimed roguelike deck-builder, has returned with a thrilling free update that adds a fresh layer of customization for players. Beginning today, fans can spice up their decks with new card skins inspired by some of the gaming world’s most iconic titles: Cyberpunk 2077, The Binding of Isaac, Slay the Spire, and Stardew Valley. Whether you play on Steam, consoles, or mobile, this exciting update is available now across all platforms.

This isn’t the first time Balatro has indulged players with memorable crossovers. The original Friends of Jimbo pack offered characters from The Witcher, Among Us, Vampire Survivors, and Dave the Diver, letting you swap out standard Kings, Queens, and Jacks with the likes of Jaskier or the quirky red Crewmate. Now, developer LocalThunk is back with the Friends of Jimbo Pack 2, delivering another batch of fan-favorite characters from hit games—this time featuring Cyberpunk’s Johnny Silverhand, Isaac’s formidable Mother, and Stardew Valley’s storekeeper Pierre, among others.

This crossover extravaganza injects a playful mix of art styles into Balatro’s world, letting players experience the game through a creative blend of visual storytelling. From Cyberpunk 2077’s sleek, neon-drenched aesthetic to the wholesome pixel art of Stardew Valley, the new skins offer a delightful contrast that brings new energy to the deck-building adventure. Players can enjoy the intense, roguelike mechanics with a nostalgic twist, as The Binding of Isaac and Slay the Spire also lend their distinct artistic charm to the mix.

The Balatro community has been buzzing with excitement since the announcement, eager to explore how the new skins will fit into their gameplay. And with 12 new card faces to collect, the update provides plenty of ways for players to personalize their decks without any additional cost—making it all the more appealing.

So, what are you waiting for? Which crossover skin will you choose to lead your deck? Will Johnny Silverhand reign as your King, or will Isaac’s unsettling Mother rule as Queen? With these fresh designs available now, it’s time to shuffle up and play in style.
