Is Smartsheet down?

Hundreds of users have taken to Downdetector to report that they are currently having issues accessing Smartsheet, as of May 28, 12:35PM EDT. According to the downtime tracker, complaints started to surge since 12:03PM EDT.

 

Smartsheet has acknowledged the issue, via its status page, indicating that they are "currently investigating" and will be providing updates every 30 minutes.

Smartsheet is a cloud-based platform that allows for collaboration and work management. It’s used by teams to assign tasks, track project progress, manage calendars, share documents, and manage other work. As of 2022, Smartsheet has approximately 10 million users across 190 different countries.
