Marshy
Pens with pedigree! Montblanc marks a double milestone with the Meisterstück x Olympic Heritage Collection, a tribute to both the 100th anniversary of its iconic Meisterstück writing instrument and the year it debuted: 1924, which also saw the first Olympic Winter Games. The Meisterstück x Olympic Heritage Paris 1924 captures the spirit of the summer games with its warm red resin, echoing the official color of that year’s event. A handcrafted gold nib depicts a javelin thrower, a nod to a vintage Olympic poster. Look closer, and you’ll find the Olympic rings and a laurel wreath—a symbol of victory in ancient Olympic Games‚—adorning the pen. Meanwhile, the Meisterstück x Olympic Heritage Chamonix 1924 Edition honors the first Winter Games held in the shadow of Mont Blanc. Three versions are available: a classic blue-gray resin reminiscent of the games’ official color, a doué edition with a mountain landscape engraving, and a solitaire edition with a fully engraved cap and barrel. Each features a handcrafted gold nib depicting a ski jumper, a tribute to the games' artistic heritage. Available as a fountain pen, ballpoint, and rollerball, the collection includes the Meisterstück x Olympic Heritage Paris and Chamonix 1924 Inks in red and blue, housed in square glass bottles. Special edition notebooks, featuring original artwork and typography from the 1924 Games, round out the collection, offering a complete writing experience. Priced between $530 and $2,075, these editions are available on Montblanc’s website and in boutiques worldwide. Images: Montblanc
