Ticketmaster is reportedly down for many users on August 2, according to Downdetector.

 

Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service's website, the volume of reports started surging since around 5:18PM Eastern Time.

 

Some users have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues.

We missed our concert last night with the TM outage.  Remained on hold for 1 hour 13 minutes and spoke with a rep that had zero idea on how to fix.  So frustrating
