Is Dish Network down?

Dish Network is reportedly down for thousands of users on August 12, according to DownDetector.

 

Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports surged around 9:58PM Eastern Time.

 

Many Dish users have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues.

 

DISH Network is a renowned provider of multichannel and satellite television services. Known for its acronym “Digital Sky Highway”, DISH Network also offers over-the-top IPTV services via Sling TV. As of the third quarter of 2023, DISH Network had approximately 7.5 million wireless subscribers. Additionally, in the first quarter of 2024, Dish TV had 6.26 million traditional pay TV subscribers.
