Valorant is reportedly down for thousands of players on August 15, according to DownDetector.

 

Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports surged around 7:50PM Eastern Time.

 

Many gamers have also taken to social media to indicate connectivity issues.

 

Valorant, developed and published by Riot Games, is a free-to-play, team-based, first-person tactical hero shooter set in the near future. As of August 2024, Valorant boasts an impressive player base of over 18.3 million active players.

 

At the time of this post, Riot Games' official status page is showing "no recent issues or events to report" so it's likely that this outage is affecting some users only.
