Kick's livestreaming platform is reportedly down for hundreds of users on August 29, according to DownDetector.

 

Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports first surged around 5:25PM Eastern Time but subsided shortly after. However, it subsequently spiked again at 8:56PM.

 

Many users have also turned to social media to indicate connectivity issues.

 

 

 

Kick is a popular video livestreaming service, attracting a diverse range of streamers and viewers. It’s particularly popular among gamers, with several professional players such as Fortnite sensation Ninja choosing to stream on the platform. As of June 2023, Kick was hosting an average of 235,000 livestreams per day.
