The telecommunication company previously experienced a severe outage in February this year, along with other telcos Verizon and T-Mobile, leaving thousands of users without network service. [UPDATE - 7AM ET] According to Downdetector, user reports have continued to surge over the past couple of hours, reaching the level of 1180 user complaints at 7AM (from 248 incidents earlier at 4:50AM), concentrating in areas such as Chicago, Boston, Dallas, and Houston.
