Hundreds of Starbucks’ customers have taken to Downdetector and X (formerly Twitter) to indicate that they are having connectivity issues with the app at the moment, around 12:20PM EDT on May 31, 2024.

According to the outage map, most complaints seem to be arising from Boston, New York, Washington, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.
