Is Shopify down?

Shopify is reportedly down for hundreds of users, based on Downdetector, as of Jun 3 around 9:40AM EDT. According to the outage map, most reports seem to be arising from the New York area.

 

One user commented that they are getting the "504 Gateway Time-out" error message. Some sellers have taken to X (formerly Twitter) to report the downtime.

 

 

According to Shopify's official status page, there is currently 1 active issue and "some merchants are experiencing slow loading times for Shopify Admin".
