Roblox is reportedly down on July 1 for thousands of users, according to Downdetector.

 

Data on the outage tracking service's website shows a surge of user reports since around 3:25PM Eastern Time and has been hovering at an elevated level over the past few hours.

 

Many players have also taken to social media to express their frustration, with some of them complaining about not being able to make purchases on the marketplace.

 

 

According to Roblox's official status page, there is currently an active incident logged, citing "issues with teleports, groups, private servers and marketplace." The platform indicates that "players can expect some issues teleporting, joining groups, joining private servers, and using the Marketplace."

 

 

Roblox is a popular online platform that empowers users to create and play games developed by its community. The platform is free, with optional in-game purchases via a virtual currency named Robux. As of May 2023, Roblox boasts a staggering 300 million monthly active users, with daily active users reaching 70.2 million.
