Based on the graph showing on the outage tracking service, the volume of user reports started surging since around 7:29PM Eastern Time.

 

Numerous hangry users have also taken to X to express difficulties when placing orders.

 

 

 

 

DoorDash is a popular online food ordering platform, offering on-demand food deliveries from a variety of eateries and restaurants. As of 2023, DoorDash has approximately 37 million users, the vast majority of which are from the United States.
