Zoho is reportedly down for hundreds of users on July 8.

 

Based on data from DownDetector, the volume of user reports first starting surging around 10:55AM Eastern Time and remained above elevated levels since. Users are remarking "not working from West to East Coast USA."

 

Another outage tracking service IsDown.app is also showing a similar situation. On its website, it indicated an outage affecting "Zoho One" earlier today but was supposedly resolved after 13 minutes.

 

Zoho has also acknowledged a "CRM outage" via its official support X account.

 

Zoho is a cloud-based software suite that offers a wide range of business and productivity tools, ranging across sales, marketing, finance, legal, IT, and analytics. It’s being used by a global network of over 250,000 businesses in 180 countries. As of 2023, Zoho has more than 100 million users worldwide.
