H. Moser & Cie. Makes Vantablack Its Face Of Extravagant ‘Endeavour’ Watches

Blending the horological and scientific realms together, H. Moser & Cie. introduces a new duo of timepieces to its distinguished Endeavour collection. Meet the Endeavour Tourbillon Concept Vantablack and the Endeavour Centre Seconds Vantablack, where the avant-garde Vantablack material (one of the darkest substances out there) takes center stage.

These watches share commonalities, with a 40mm case crafted from 18k red gold. Their dials, however, set them apart. Coated in Vantablack, a material known for its ability to absorb 99.965% of light, they serve as a canvas for the leaf-shaped hour and minute hands.

The Centre Seconds model relies on the HMC 200 caliber for its precision, embellished with tonal stick indices and a central seconds hand. In contrast, the Tourbillon Concept model showcases a circular opening at the 6 o’clock position, offering a glimpse of the HMC 804 self-winding Manufacture movement beneath.
