Cardeomuscular
Toyota Motor has unveiled its new 4Runner SUV. This revelation marks the first redesign of the model in nearly 15 years, a move that completes the recent revamp of Toyota’s lineup of trucks and SUVs. The 2025 4Runner, Toyota’s popular midsize off-roader, is not just a replacement but a major technical leap. The latest model switches to Toyota’s newer GA-F body-on-frame architecture, a change that promises to enhance the vehicle’s performance and user experience. One of the most notable features of the 2025 4Runner is its hybrid engine. This is the first time a 4Runner model will be offered with a hybrid engine, a decision that aligns with the global trend towards more environmentally friendly vehicles. The hybrid engine combines a turbocharged 2.4-liter engine with a 48-horsepower electric motor, promising a total output of 326 horsepower. The 2025 4Runner also boasts new looks, which bear a resemblance to the recently redesigned Toyota Tacoma pickup. In addition to the aesthetic updates, the 2025 4Runner will also feature new “Platinum” and “Trailhunter” high-end trims. Will this new model set a new standard for hybrid SUVs?
