MSCHF x Dremel ‘Gobstomper’ Sneakers Come Equipped With Their Own Power Tool

Last month, MSCHF held its first museum retrospective—Nothing Is Sacred—at the Daelim Museum in Seoul, South Korea, showcasing its avant-garde approach over the course of 100 works. Now, the famed collective is back with another launch, this time in the form of the iconic Gobstomper sneakers. Of course, like with every release from the media group, there’s a twist: the kicks come with their own power tool.

Dubbed the Gobstomper ‘Dremel Edition,’ the shoes merge stylish footwear with a real Dremel Rotary tool (4000)—complete with a variety of specialized sanding bands.

The kit comes in a case that fits both the sneakers and the power tool, encouraging buyers to scuff their kicks right away, underneath which Gobstomper layers will peek out. As such, each pair of shoes will be unique to its owner.
